Mukilteo Schools Foundation Announces Diane Bradford as New Executive Director!

Mukilteo, Wash. - The Mukilteo Schools Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of Diane Bradford as its new Executive Director. A dedicated community leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting students, families, and educators, Diane brings a deep commitment to public education and strong ties across Everett, Lynnwood, and Mukilteo.


Diane most recently served as Communications and Public Relations Director for the Mukilteo School District, where she helped elevate student voices, foster transparency, and strengthen collaborative relationships throughout the district and community. Her leadership in communications played a key role in highlighting student success stories and building trust among families, staff, and community partners.

In addition to her professional experience, Diane has been actively involved in several local organizations, including Leadership Snohomish County, Mari's Place, Carl Gipson Senior Center, and the Mukilteo Citizens' Team. Her long-standing service reflects a passion for community connection and a belief in the power of collaboration to create meaningful opportunities for students.


“We are thrilled to welcome Diane as our new Executive Director,” said Marcus Satterlee, Mukilteo Schools Foundation Board President. “Her extensive experience, community relationships, and unwavering dedication to students make her an outstanding leader for our organization as we continue to expand support for Mukilteo School District students and faculty.”


Diane shared her enthusiasm for stepping into the role:


“I am honored to continue the Foundation’s important work on behalf of Mukilteo School District students. I’m excited to bring my background in communication, collaboration, and community partnerships to help expand opportunities for students in our school district.”



As Executive Director, Diane will lead the Foundation’s fundraising, community engagement, and program initiatives to ensure every student has access to the resources and encouragement they need to thrive.
