Applications will be reviewed holistically, considering academic achievement, leadership, service, personal growth,

and financial need.


Please limit responses to 300–500 words per question.


We value authenticity, reflection, and sustained effort over titles or the number of activities. Focus on your personal

contribution, growth, and impact.

Commitment to Aviation


Describe your interest in the aviation field. What sparked your interest, and how has that interest developed over time?


In your response, include:

• When and how your interest began

• Steps you have taken to explore aviation (classes, mentorship, flight training, job shadowing, research, etc.)

• The specific aviation path you are pursuing (pilot, aerospace engineering, ATC, maintenance, etc.)

• Why this career path matters to you personally

Preparation and Initiative


Aviation requires discipline, responsibility, and technical skill. Describe how you have prepared yourself for a future in aviation.


In your response, include:

• Academic preparation (particularly STEM subjects)

• Skills you are actively developing

• Experiences that demonstrate responsibility and safety awareness

• A challenge you’ve faced and how you handled it

Leadership and Teamwork in High-Stakes Environments


Describe a time when you demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, or teamwork in a situation that required responsibility or careful decision making.


In your response, include:

• The situation

• The actions you took

• The outcome

• What you learned about responsibility or accountability

Goals


What are your short-term and long-term goals in aviation? Outline your plan for the next 3–5 years.


In your response, include:

• Your intended training or education pathway

• Estimated costs or financial considerations

• Milestones you hope to achieve

• How this scholarship would support your progress

Safety and Integrity Statement (Short Answer – 150 words)


Aviation depends on trust, safety, and ethical decision-making. Describe why integrity and safety are essential in aviation and how you demonstrate those values in your life.

Motivation and Financial Impact


What motivated you to apply for this aviation scholarship, and how would receiving it impact your ability to pursue training or education in this field?


In your response, include:

• Financial barriers you face

• How the funds would be used (flight hours, certifications, tuition, etc.)

• How you plan to contribute to the aviation community in the future
